Game Status for Saturday, September 9th Game

Check this page throughout the afternoon for updates on the game status as game time approaches.

• As of 3:00 PM - It's cloudy, and it may be raining in other locations around NYC but it has not rained on Coney Island. We will open gates at 3:30 for the Season Ticket Holder event as scheduled and 5:00 PM for the general public. Game time is 6:00 PM.
• As of 3:30 PM - Light rain is falling on Coney Island. It is expected to clear the area prior to the scheduled first pitch. The game is still expected to begin on time.
• As of 4:15 PM - Slight drizzle remains, but we still expect to start at 6:00 PM as scheduled.
• As of 4:45 PM - Very light drizzle. Gates are opening at 5:00 PM. Game is expected to start on time.
• As of 5:00 PM - The rain has returned, but is not expected to last long. Gates are open, and we fully expect to play this evening.
• As of 5:20 PM - The rain has stopped. We expect to start as close to our regularly scheduled 6:00 PM start as possible.
• As of 5:40 PM - The rain has cleared the area and we are beginning to prep the field for play. The expected start time is now 6:30 PM.
